Healthy Hair Tips

Use a moisturizing shampoo, deep condition once a week, brushing with a paddle brush helps keep you from getting split ends. As for making it shiny: I work a small amount of shiny serum through my hair while it's wet and then blow dry it straight with a 2" round brush.

If you straighten it, use hair protection guards that you can find in any drug store in the hair styling section. it burns the product before your hair. Also, stay away from blow drying your hair on high heat, use maybe a low setting on cool. Your hair is at its weakest after a shower so be careful what you do. If you want to curl it with curlers, wait until it is just slightly damp. Same goes with braids or any other hair do.

I’ve got some great tips for you! I have been using these tips for myself and my hair has gotten longer, healthier, softer, and shinier.

Deep conditions your hair once or twice a week - it makes your hair unbelievably soft!
Trim your hair often, every 5-6 weeks; this removes split ends that can damage your hair even more. Keep in mind it's better to have shorter healthy hair than longer damaged hair.

If you use heating products use a heat protecting on it before hand, this saves your hair from being burnt as much. I recommend Fantastic Sam's heat protecting or Chi Silk infusion.

When you condition your hair, leave your conditioner in for a couple of minutes and massage into your head. When you rinse it off, rinse under cold water - the cold water makes your hair shinier.

If you want shiny hair, try some shine serums. I used to use them but my hair already is shiny enough from the heat protecting I use.
Be delicate when brushing your hair, you could accidentally rip off hair if you're too rough with it!

DON'T brush your hair when it's wet! This is not good for your hair.

Good luck, if you use these tips you'll definitely seem some changes. Since using these tips I’ve noticed a change and people around me have noticed my hair improving as well.

Hair Loss Solutions from a Pill.

Most people believe the only way to cure their hair loss dilemma is from the outer surface, by using a chemical treatment, shampoo or other topical treatment. These ways can work for you, but in current medical studies the main cause of hair loss, at least 95% of the time, is either hereditary and or hormonal. A hormonal by product, DHT, affects the hair follicles, making them thinner and shrinks until zero is left. Research found that balding men had increased levels of DHT in these areas.

How to solve the problem of increased DHT.

*Supplements:* Biotin, part of the Vita B complex, and helps with the skin condition of your scalp. Other B vitamins, like B6, are essential for good health and hair growth. Everyone knows Zinc helps your immune system, but it also is needed for cell division for the tissue of the hair, nails and skin. Nettle Root blocks the 2 enzymes that produce DHT, now known to be the leading cause of hair loss. Saw Palmetto also blocks one of the enzymes, 5 alpha-reeducates that produce DHT. Goat Kola supports the integrity of hair growth, collagen and skin. The oil extracted from pumpkin skins is also a natural hair loss remedy.

Hair problem, feels like its thinning?

It might be due to psoriasis.
The main grounds of psoriasis are overreaction of the immune system. I try to eat vigorous food and avoid stress as much as I can in order to prevent flare-ups.

After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my scalp has been cleared up and now I just persist with anti-psoriasis extract, which controls the immune system. My scalp has been clear for months now.
After using number of instruction drugs I've turned to the natural treatments.

Now I use herbal remedies from serenade.com, which aim at the root of the disease - the immune system, and are steroid-free. It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

Can exercise cause Hair fall? If it does, what will be the solution of this type of hair fall?

Its natural to have a malting cycle 1-2 times a year-thus explained long hair is hard to keep.
You should be shampooing your hair after every time you work out in the shower so your scalp docent gets an infection etc caused by oils and sweat. Oils are good for the scalp, but now lots of it as it loosens the hair from the scalp.

If your working out lots then you have lots of blood flushing through your body, for hair growth you need a decent amount of blood circulation under the scalp to sustain hair growth, your blood is going elsewhere at this time.

Go to a pharmacy and pick up some tablets 1) biotin for vitamin upkeep and 2) silica for your scalp and body.
Expect results in 2.5months.

Why does so much of hair fall out when wash it?

Everyone loses about 75 hairs per day, or so. Washing hair helps to get the lost hairs out of the bunch. If you don't wash your hair daily, the free-floating hairs will kind of hang out until the next time you wash.
